Deep-V Hull with Variable Deadrise
Every HEADSEAS boat is designed and built on a true deep-V hull with variable deadrise — one of the most important and often overlooked differences between a boat that performs and one that simply floats. The hull runs a high deadrise angle at the bow, driving cleanly through oncoming waves and cutting head seas rather than slamming into them. As you move toward the stern, the deadrise transitions progressively to a flatter section, giving you efficient planning speed and a stable platform at rest.
Fishing Ready from the Start
Every inch of the 28CC is designed with the angler in mind. The high freeboard keeps you safe and steady in rough conditions, while the wide comfortable gunnel gives you the confidence to fish freely from any angle. Our straight topsides push the inner walls as close as possible to the outer hull — maximising every inch of usable deck space and giving you a clean, open platform that feels far larger than its size.
